Meet Our Staff

Lil Joe Joe is so short he fits under sinks very well!
Lil Joe the Plumber This is Lil' Joe the plumber! He is rearing to go in this picture just shortly after his adoption from the Lane County animal shelter on First Street. Joe's got his Oshkosh’s on and is always on the lookout for a snack or some one that will take a liking to his outgoing personality. He is street wise and is a good judge of character always. The only things he can't stand are the squirrels that torment him on job sites when he is shut in the truck and can't climb the power poles to get to them on the wire! Back and forth all day long, what’s a guy to do with that temptation in your face, the fence tops are the worst...so much closer, and all the chattering, the name calling “can’t catch me, na – na – na !”
Doug says “he is so professional, good looking and will work for a bite of my lunch”. Gotta be careful close in however, with his long tongue he can lick ya before you can say "ah yuck". It seems like fooling around when he is chasing his ball around on the slick showroom floor but that’s an employee exercising program definitely. We have had a lot of cut backs lately but Joe is a keeper for sure.
Doug Ripley has been in the construction/remodeling business for over 32 years. He began his earlier career doing automobile body repair and later owned a very successful hot tub and spa business. He is a member of the National Association of Home Builders, Lane County Home Builders Association, the National Council on Aging, and the National Aging-In-Place Coalition. He earned his National certification as a Certified Aging-In-Place Specialist in October of 2006. He brings a great joy and enthusiasm to serving others and helping to improve the quality of life for those he serves.

We see the need coming soon to add others to our list of caring professionals to meet the needs of our rapidly aging society through remodeling homes for comfort, accessibility and safety.
