Meet Our Staff

We are proud to introduce our team of caring professionals. We work hard together to produce the highest quality and best outcome for your project. We are also allied with a group of equally professional subcontractors here in our local area of Eugene, Oregon who provide quality services to our clients.

Doug Ripley has been in the construction/remodeling business for over 32 years. He began his earlier career doing automobile body repair and later owned a very successful hot tub and spa business. He is a member of the National Association of Home Builders, Lane County Home Builders Association, the National Council on Aging, and the National Aging-In-Place Coalition. He earned his National certification as a Certified Aging-In-Place Specialist in October of 2006. He brings a great joy and enthusiasm to serving others and helping to improve the quality of life for those he serves.

Karen Lowe worked as a Registered Nurse since 1970, taking about 10 years off to work as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Home Health and Hospice. Most of Karen’s service has been in hospitals (intensive care unit, post anesthesia recovery and oncology), sub-acute and rehabilitation centers, hospice and also in private geriatric care management. As a Certified Aging-In-Place Specialist she has worked with Inno-Craft primarily in the areas of customer service and marketing. Karen is always looking for new and better ways to accommodate our client’s and their needs.

Martha has 25 years experience in small business administration and accounting. She owned her own business, wrote her own business plan and definitely understands the value of customer service. Martha demonstrates great expertise in managing the office, our accounts and keeping our clients and all of our team members updated, current and accurate.

Jeff is our Master Plumber who installs and oversees our showers, baths and any plumbing work needed. He has worked in the plumbing industry for 27 years. His vast experience in the plumbing industry includes high tech, commercial, industrial and residential work. He worked as Project Manager with Tektronix for 13 years in the Portland area. In addition he possesses a high level of expertise with computers. He enjoys the outdoors and participating in sports, especially softball.

Lee is our Journeyman Carpenter and has been with Inno-Craft since June of 2006. Our clients rave about Lee’s caring, skill level and professionalism. He excels in finish work and all aspects of carpentry. He is committed to getting the job done and has been willing to travel out of the area when necessary. Lee is a great human being and professional and we feel fortunate to have him working with us.

Ubaldo joined Inno-Craft in April of 2007 as our Carpenter’s Assistant and Apprentice. While new to the industry, Ubaldo is quick to learn and to apply new skills and is demonstrating some real expertise in many areas. Our client’s enjoy Ubaldo’s gentle and respectful manner and his dedication to their project.

We see the need coming soon to add others to our list of caring professionals to meet the needs of our rapidly aging society through remodeling homes for comfort, accessibility and safety.
